Counterclaim filed herewith.

contents of this paragraph are denied and put the Plaintiff to the proof
thereof. In amplification of the Defendant’s denial the Honourable Court is

Save to admit that
the minor child is in need of maintenance, the Defendant denies the remainder
of the submissions made herein and refer the Honourable
Court is referred to the Defendant’s Counterclaim filed herewith.
WHEREFORE THE DEFENDANT PRAYS that the
Plaintiff’s claim be dismissed and that an order be granted in terms of the
Defendant’s Counterclaim filed herewith.
